Hi lovely, my name is Caitlin! I’m a Southern NH stylist that specializes in lived-in hair that grows out beautifully. I love all things blondes, brunettes and reds! A little about me: -The integrity and health of your hair is my top priority -I’m detail-oriented and want to deliver the best so I may take a little longer but that’s only because I want you to love your hair so you look and feel amazing -I’m a cat and dog mom -I love all things spooky and witchy- Halloween is my favorite holiday -If I’m not working you can find me reading, cooking, binging Buffy the Vampire Slayer or the Office, painting (I’m an artist of the canvas as well), hiking when it’s nice out, or playing games! Can’t wait to see you in my chair! LOCATED at M & Co Salon and Spa in the Waumbec Mill on the 2nd floor in Manchester, NH. There is designated guest parking in the front and the back of the building as well as metered parking. Week to Tweak Policy: I want you to be very happy with your hair so you have a week to reach out to me if there are any issues (ex: money piece too bright, tone too cool/not cool enough, etc) with your service for a free tweak. This policy covers what was discussed and agreed upon in the consultation prior to the service. This policy does not include any changes to what was discussed and agreed upon in the consultation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure that all clients are accommodated effectively, the following cancellation policy has been implemented: Cancellation or Rescheduling within 24 Hours: A fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged for cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. If you reschedule within the same calendar week, there will be no fee. There is an exception for severe weather conditions and medical emergencies (in hospital or ER). How to Cancel within 24 Hours: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must contact me directly at (603)809-1178. No Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 75% of the service. Booking Confirmation: 72 hours before your appointment, you will receive a reminder email with an invitation to confirm. Please disregard the note about confirming. YOUR APPOINTMENT IS BOOKED unless you call or text to cancel. Late Arrivals: Please arrive promptly for your appointment. I may need to reschedule or adjust the duration of your service if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, however you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
